What is mushroom leather? A leather alternative made with mushrooms. HyphaLite™ combines mushrooms not suitable for eating with natural latex and FSC-certified cellulose fibres. It contains no animal products and no plastic. Because it contains natural latex, it may not suit anyone with a latex allergy.

Is the bag compostable? The HyphaLite™ material is certified compostable. Remove the lining and metal hardware first.

Why is it made to order? HyphaLite™ is produced in small quantities, and each satchel is made individually after you order.
